Orders

After placing an order with Dewmere, you will receive an order confirmation with your products, prices and delivery information. Please check these details and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total payable, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout, is shown before you complete your order. We may change prices for future purchases. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to resolve it.

Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Please read our shipping policy for processing, tracking and import-fee information.

Returns and refunds

Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Use the facial massage brush gently and follow the product care instructions. It is a cosmetic massage tool, not a medical treatment. Stop use if irritation occurs.
